Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Do you offer returns or refunds?
No. Sol Attire does not offer returns or refunds.
We only offer exchanges, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
2. Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only for size change (larger or smaller), provided the product meets our exchange eligibility criteria.
3. Are sale or discounted items eligible for exchange?
No. Products purchased during sale, festive discounts, or using coupon codes or gift vouchers are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
4. What if my preferred size is unavailable?
If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
5. Are products above 2XL size eligible for exchange?
No. Products in sizes above 2XL are eligible only for alterations, not exchange or return.
Any alteration cost must be borne by the customer.
6. Are customised or made-to-order products eligible for exchange?
No. Customised or Made-to-Order products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
7. Are international orders eligible for exchange?
No. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
8. What condition should the product be in for exchange?
The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed and undamaged
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged product or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

10. What is the exchange process?
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Our team will review and approve the request by the next working day.
- Once approved, you must self-ship the product using a traceable courier service.
- Please retain the courier receipt for reference.
11. Do you provide reverse pickup?
Currently, reverse pickup is not available.
Customers are required to arrange shipping on their own.
12. Who bears the exchange shipping charges?
All exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

14. What is store credit and how does it work?
- Store credit is issued when an exchange for a different product is requested.
- Credit value equals the product value minus shipping and COD charges (both ways).
- Store credit is valid for 30 days.
- It must be used in one single transaction.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid Orders:
- Can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order
- A 2% platform fee will be deducted
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Can be cancelled within 48 hours by calling or emailing us
- No cancellations accepted after 48 hours
16. What orders are not eligible for exchange or refund?
- Sale or festive discount items
- Orders placed using coupons or gift vouchers
- Customised or Made-to-Order products
- International orders
- Washed, worn, altered, or damaged garments
- Orders refused at the time of delivery
17. Why might there be slight differences in colour or measurements?
All Sol Attire garments are handcrafted.
- Minor colour variations (up to 10–12%) may occur due to lighting or screen resolution
- Measurement variations of up to 1–1.5 inches may occur
These are natural and not considered defects.
18. What about delivery delays?
Sol Attire is not responsible for delays caused due to courier issues, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
19. Why should I trust handcrafted products from Sol Attire?
Each piece is made with care, precision, and human artistry. Small variations enhance the uniqueness and authenticity of handcrafted luxury wear.
