1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2β5 working days after confirmation.
Customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
3. On which days do you dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched only on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
4. How long does delivery take within India?
Domestic orders are delivered within 4β8 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
5. How long do international orders take?
International orders usually take 7β15 working days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
6. Are customs duties included in international orders?
No. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be borne by the customer.
7. How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
COD fees and international duties are non-refundable.
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes only.
Sol Attire reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.
9. What happens if I refuse a COD order at delivery?
Orders refused at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery) will not be eligible for re-shipment.
Repeated refusal may result in COD facility being disabled for future orders.
10. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
11. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
12. What if I entered an incorrect address?
Sol Attire is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
13. What if no one is available at the delivery address?
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.
Delivery attempts are subject to the courier partnerβs policies.
14. Can my order be delivered in multiple shipments?
Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
15. Are delivery timelines guaranteed?
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
16. What happens if my order is returned to origin?
Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-availability are not eligible for refund or re-delivery.
17. Why might there be slight colour or measurement differences?
All Sol Attire garments are handcrafted.
- Colour variations up to 10β12% may occur due to lighting or screens
- Measurement variations up to 1β1.5 inches may occur
These are natural and not considered defects.
